ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey

These surveys are performed on commercial properties. They determine property lines, locate improvements, and identify easements, utilities, schedule B exceptions and many other conditions affecting the property. ALTA/ACSM surveys are the most comprehensive of all surveys.
