In response to client requests we proudly announce the opening of B&C Zoning. Located in Edmond, Oklahoma, B&C Zoning has assembled an experienced team to service the commercial real estate zoning needs across the United States.
B&C Zoning Will:
- Research, Prepare & Review Full Zoning Reports or any component therein
- Interpret analytic wording provided in zoning code documents and jurisdictional writings
- Declare “Legal Conforming”; “Legal Nonconforming” or “Nonconforming” based upon available information
- Explain city requirements to the client
A B&C Zoning Report will contain all/any of the following:
- Current Zoning Code
- Zoning Letter
- Certificate of Occupancy
- Building Code Violations
- Zoning Code Violations
- Fire Code Violations
- Safety Code Violations
- Property Condemnation/Right of Way Takings
- Site Plan Approval
B&C Zoning Report distribution:
- All preliminary drafts are available to the client and other authorized transaction parties via electronic transmittal.
- Final draft of the Zoning Report will be presented electronically as a pdf file. Hard copies can be made available to the client if requested (maximum of 2 hard copies for no additional charge).
